Oreo Rolls

These Oreo cookies and cream rolls are so soft it’s ridiculous. As I always like to say, this dessert belongs in the “fall off the bone” category. The dough is rich and pillowy soft with a delicious buttery Oreo filling and a cream cheese icing that adds tartness and cuts down on the sweetness. Cookies and cream is one of my favourite flavours for literally anything and if you’re like me, these are going to become your favourite thing to make.
This recipe starts off with a brioche dough that gets rolled out and filled with a mixture that’s made with butter, sugar, and crushed up Oreos. The rolls are then baked to golden brown perfection before being topped with a simple cream cheese frosting that comes together quickly.
